Rapid Health Service Evaluation

We have developed rapid health service evaluation tools, based on WHO Building Blocks and Institute of Medicine Quality Outcomes framework to rapidly assess health service's ability to provide equitable access to quality care. Developed in Malawi and deployed in Rwanda, Pakistan, Ghana, and South Africa, the tools provide a wholistic assessment of health services, enabling policy makers and planners to understand where there are key barriers to equitable access to quality care for their populations.
