Development and implementation of an end-to-end electronic medical dispatch service in Rwanda
• In partnership with Service d'Aide Médicale Urgente (SAMU), Rwanda Build Program, and academics in the UK, US, and Rwanda we transformed a manual into an electronic emergency medical dispatch system with destination decision support. The electronic system has been used for over 40,000 calls with excellent usability.
